Whether your gymnast is beginner or advanced, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel. intro 1

6+ years


This is the first level of our recreational gymnastics! Athletes will learn the basics they need to start them on their gymnastics journey.

  • Kids will learn:
  • Basic staple skills and vocabulary for all events to build a solid foundation in gymnastics such as levers\basic handstand and cartwheel progressions, vault running, punching and arm swing basics.
  • Getting comfortable on equipment such as beams and bars
  • Proper terminology and names of important skills, positions and equipment
  • Getting familiar with class structure
  • Getting introduced to basic strength/ flexibility training
  • Move ups happen every 3 months and are based off of their star charts
  • 15 minute warm up rotation (we often play warm up games) and 2 20-minute rotations on other events (including low beam, low bar, vault, floor, rod/tumble track)

Intro 2

INVITE ONLY


This is the second level of our recreational gymnastics! Athletes will build on the basics the established in Intro 1.

  • Knowledge/understanding of both skills and vocabulary
  • Adding the next progressions/steps to the previously introduced basics and mastering their introductory skills
  • mastering handstands/cartwheels moving toward round offs, and bridge kick over progressions, putting basic floor skills on the beams
  • Beginning to focus more on strength/flexibility and technique
  • 15 minute warm up rotation (we often play warm up games) and 2 20 minute rotations on other events (including low beam, low bar, vault, floor, rod/tumble track)
  • Move ups happen every 3 months and are based off of their star charts

This team is an intro team class that offers a fun way for children to explore competitive gymnastics without the pressure of traditional competitions.


Participants improve their skills and understanding of gymnastics while preparing for the PacEdge Games, a special, in house meet where they can showcase the talents they've developed.


This mock competitive environment makes it an ideal choice for families looking to nurture their child's athletic abilities while exploring the potential for future competitive gymnastics involvement.

The Violet Gymnastics Rec Team is the exciting next step in the Rec Team progression classes.


This class is a continuation of our Lavender class. In Violet Rec Team, athletes will expand their skill and knowledge even further in a team environment without the massive commitment that comes from competitive gymnastics.


The Violet Rec Team class is one of our participants in our Pac Edge Games which is a mock competition style meet inside our own gym.

In Top Dog, there is an even higher expectation for discipline, strength, flexibility, technique, and overall knowledge of skills, equipment, terminology. Goals are tracked in Top Dog goal journal & are updated weekly.


This is the class to be in if you are not interested in competing but wanting to get a team atmosphere and continual progression.
