Ages: crawling - 5 years & 11 months
You must be on the floor with your athlete if they are 2 & under. You cannot drop-off & leave them unless they are independent in the bathroom.
Open Discovery is the perfect way to introduce your young athlete to gymnastics in a fun, relaxed environment. Designed for children 5 & under, our Discovery Gym encourages children to explore movement, balance, coordination, and confidence through guided free play.
A safe space for active fun! Our experienced coaches are on the floor to help demonstrate equipment and encourage skill development while ensuring a safe, positive experience for every participant. Parents of younger children stay involved while children learn, play, and discover what gymnastics is all about!
Fun Fridays

Ages: 3+ years
A Friday night full of fun! Participants will have access to our Academy Gym, where they can practice skills, improve coordination, and build confidence while enjoying structured free play.
In addition to gym time, participants can challenge themselves on our inflatable obstacle course and take part in group games to stay active, social and engaged! Our coaches are on the floor to ensure safety, provide guidance, and encourage positive skill development - making Fun Friday a great option for both experienced gymnasts and those just looking to move and have fun!

Open Skills is perfect for athletes who are looking for a balance between practice and fun. Athletes have the ability to chose which of their skills they want to perfect while having coaches present to assist, give feedback and make sure the night is just as safe as it is fun.
