Account Policies
Registration, Drops & Holds
- $100 family lifetime member registration fee is due upon enrollment per family account.
- Certain programs require uniforms or special attire that will need to be purchased separately.
- A digital drop form must be submitted in order to discontinue membership fees BEFORE the 24th of the month. On the 25th you are committing to that spot for the following month and no membership credits or refunds will be given.
- Members may place their membership on hold for 50% of normal tuition fees 1 time per year. Placing your account on hold guarantees your class enrollment, but does not allow the student to attend classes or receive makeup tokens during the month on hold. You must have a hold form submitted before the 24th of the month.
- Only guardians listed on the iClass account can make changes & request information.
Payments
- We require all active members to keep a debit/credit card on file. ALL outstanding charges are automatically charged on the 1st of the month. Any unsuccessful payments are run again on the 5th of the month.
- If payment is not received by the 10th your athlete will be dropped from their class.
- Outstanding ProShop charges are automatically charged on each Friday of the month.
- ALL unapplied credits are automatically applied at the end of the month.
- Tuition fees guarantee your athlete a reserved spot in their registered class, regardless of attendance. Your student remains enrolled in classes until you drop them.
- Declined card fee: $10
- Returned check/chargeback fee: $25
- No balance transfers between accounts.
- Account credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refund.
- Your account must be current in order to attend classes, events, or purchase any items.
- You are responsible for payment of your classes, WHETHER OR NOT YOUR ATHLETE ATTENDS CLASS
