We have a wide variety of recreational & competitive programs available for children ages 6 months to 17 years old. One of these programs is our Cheer & Tumbling Program.

Once your child graduates from our preschool cheer program at 6 years old, they will be allowed to further progress in our school aged cheer class!
Ages 4 - 5 years & 11 months, 40 minutes
Ages 5 & under
Ages 3 - 3 years & 11 months, 30 minutes
Ages 6+

Our Cheer 1 class is designed to introduce aspiring cheerleaders to the exciting world of cheerleading. We focus on teaching the basic techniques and fundamentals of cheer, ensuring a solid foundation for future growth. This includes stunts, jumps, tumbling, and motions. With our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced instructors, we provide a safe and supportive environment for students to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Curriculum is made by the individual coach to help cater to each kid’s wants/needs in the class.

Skills and progress are tracked by star charts, and move ups are based on star charts
-
We do work basics such as, blocking, heel drive, and chest lifting as well as necessary strength, proper technique and of course, tumbling skills

This class rotates to trampoline/rod floor, spring floor
-
Skills learned in this class are: back bend kick overs, round offs, dive roll, setting & back handspring basics
