Adaptive Gymnastics Program Information

We have a wide variety of recreational & competitive programs available for children ages 3 to 17 years old. One of these programs is our Adaptive Gymnastics Program.

Adaptive Gymnastics Preschool

Our all-inclusive, Adaptive gymnastics class is a great place to introduce children with special needs to the world of gymnastics. An experienced and caring coach will lead children through a variety of physical activities that will increase coordination, balance, strength and flexibility. Basic gymnastics skills are introduced, along with social development. With experienced coaches leading the way, children can also safely explore their environment, practice following directions and try new things to increase independence. ​

  • Co-ed : boys & girls ages 5 & under welcome 

  • Parent participation/use of aid required.

  • Visual schedules used weekly.

  • Token boards available 

  • Works body awareness, balance, basic strength, a variety of skill progressions 

  • 5-10 minutes of warming up & active stretching, 30-40 minutes of circuit- trampoline time 

Ages 3 - 5 years & 11 months, 30 minutes

Ages 5 & under

Ages 6+
