School Age Gymnastics

Our standard gymnastics school age classes are split into boys and girls options. Both levels of boys classes will work on progressions for floor, horizontal bar, parallel bars, rings, and vault (as well as some mushroom work that will eventually lead to the pommel horse. Our girls classes rotate between the floor, beam, bars and vault. In our school age program, everyone starts in the beginning Intro or Boys 1 class and will have the opportunity to be invited to the next level every 3 months. These invitations will be completely based on mastery of skills. Below you will find the names and brief descriptions of the various standard gymnastics classes we offer.
