This Intro Gymnastics class is the perfect opportunity for your home schooled athlete to meet their physical activity needs! These athletes will be introduced to basic gymnastics terminology as well as standard gymnastics equipment. Although the class will be co-ed, the ladies will focus on bars/beam/floor/vault while the boys will focus on bars/floor/mushroom/vault. All the athletes will focus on strength and flexibility. We are a proud partner of Visions in Education and look forward to expanding our community of home school athletes!
