Competitive Program

The overarching goal of our competitive program is to create an environment where athletes can be successful inside and outside the gym. We strive to provide the opportunity for our athletes to experience challenges and success in a positive, competitive environment. Our practices focus on safe progression of skills with a solid foundation of conditioning, injury prevention, and mental strength.

Gymnastics

Our gymnasts compete as members of NGA. Starting as young as 6 years old, our team consists of Levels 1-8.

Wrestling

Our gym is a member of the USA Wrestling program. Starting as young as 6 years old, our wrestlers learn Freestyle, Greco-Roman, and Folkstyle.
