Every party will include:

  • Four (4) white table cloths for the tables in the event area

  • One (1) water bottle for each participating child

  • Unlimited guests in the event area

  • One (1) parent per participating child on the floor*

  • One to three (1-3) skilled coaches assisting with the party**

  • Clean up completed entirely by our staff

* - parents can WATCH the party on the floor; parents CANNOT participate

** - the number of coaches will be dependent upon the number of participating children

  • A $100 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your time slot. The remaining balance is due the Monday before your party.

  • The gym will NOT provide food, but you are more than welcome to bring your own or arrange to have food delivered.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need to sign up for a party?


To ensure you are able to reserve your desired party date and time, we recommend booking as soon as possible. We will need at least 3 weeks notice to guarentee we can book your party. If you want to book a party in less than 3 weeks, please give our customer service team a call at (707) 639-7107 and we can see if we will be able to accomadate you.




Is there anything my guests need to do before attending?


Yes! A Parent Portal account must be created for the participating children if they are not a current member at our facility. They can use the link here to create an account with us and accept all of our gym policies: https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/pacificedge. *** This must be done BEFORE attending the party ***




What happens if I have more kids show up then my package allows?


For safety reasons, no extra children will be allowed onto the floor than your package allows. You have until two weeks before your party to make adjustments to your child count.




I booked my party! Now what?


A member of our Customer Service Team will reach out via phone to confirm the details of your party. Then, we will send you the Birthday Party Contract via email that will need to be filled out within 48 hours of booking.




A Few Other Things You Should Know


- All participants must adhere to our gym rules (which will be provided to them by the coach at the party). - Parties may arrive up to 15 minutes early to decorate and set up. - Since our staff will take care of all clean up, parties are allowed a 15 minute grace period to gather belongings at the end of the celebtraion. A $15 fee will be applied to the card on file should the party exceed the grace period. - A guest list including first and last names of participating children must be provided to our Customer Service Team no later than a week before the party. NOTE: this list does NOT have to be confirmed. - If you have fewer participating children attending than the expected child count, you will still be charged the full amount of your package.
