About Our Parties

Birthdays are 1.5 hours in length that will include access to our events room with two tables that seat 20+ people.  Party features include games and prizes and play on our blow up obstacle course!   Coaches are present to create a fun and exciting atmosphere, but also to assist with all party needs! Customers can choose from the two different party packages.

When do I need to sign up for a party?


As soon as possible, to make sure you get your desired party date. We will need at least 3 weeks notice to guarentee we can book your party. Don't have 3 weeks! No problem. Give our customer service team a call at (707) 639-7107 and we can see what we can do to accomadate you.




Additional Information


A Parent Portal account must be created for your family if you are not a current member at our Gym. Use this link to create: https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/pacificedge A $100 deposit is required to hold your time slot. The remaining balance is due the Monday before your party. An Iclass account must be created for each participating child and all policies for that child must be accepted before the party. All participants must adhere to any rules provided by the instructors. Parties may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up additional items in the event area. Parties are allowed a 15 minute grace period for clean up at the end of the party. A fee of $15 will be charged after the initial 15 minutes. A Confirmed party list of participating children must be provided to the office one week before the party. If you have fewer participating children attend than the confirmed child count, you will be charged the full proce for your package. The gym will not provide food. However, you are welcome to bring food or arrange tohave food delivered. This must be confirmed with the office a minimum of one week before the party.




Are we allowed to bring our own food?

What happens if I have more kids show up then my package allows?


Unfortunately no extra kids will be allowed onto the event area that are not already on our confirmed guestlist. You may have the option to upgrade to a larger package or purchase/double up an additional package to include your extra guests.
